Forest Biz

Forest Biz is Epping Forest College’s new business development unit.
Its aim is to provide whatever business and communities need, in terms of skills development, at a time, place and format to suit the customer. To give you an idea of what this new unit has to offer, Forest Biz will be providing a summer programme of courses and events, including:

  • a one-off summer school to allow individuals to qualify as NLP Practitioners
  • a weekend seminar to give parents and other close relatives and carers insight into how to provide excellent support to their children as they learn
  • a summer school dedicated to helping current and would- be entrepreneurs get what it takes to be successful in any start-up business
  • an innovative Management Development Programme, for those aspiring to become excellent managers
  • a ‘crash course’ to help learner drivers pass their driving test
  • FREE half day taster sessions across a range of business and community development skills
  • an in-house day of one-hour ‘bite size workshops’, on 5 topics of your choice — FREE to the first 10 businesses or community groups to apply!

We will also be hosting a number of business and community focus groups, established to find out what YOU most want in terms of business and community development and support opportunities.
