14 - 16 year olds

Working in partnership with local schools, the College offers courses and places within classes for pupils aged 14 to 16 who benefit from an introduction to practical skills taught at Level 1 within vocational areas.

Currently exclusive courses for pupils are available within the motor vehicle and construction areas and pupils also attend College classes within the following areas: IT, secretarial, childcare, sport and hair & beauty. Pupils also enjoy the range of activities at the College including support from their own pastoral tutor.

Pupils benefit from our range of industry-standard facilities including a dedicated construction area for 14 to 16 year olds. Many pupils continue their enthusiasm for the College and their subjects by enrolling onto College courses when they leave school.
